American Fusion (OTC: AMFN),developer of the proprietary Texatron(TM) Fusion Engine(TM), announced that OTC Markets Group has approved the company to trade on the OTCQB Venture Market under its existing AMFN ticker, effective Aug. 21, 2026. The approval follows completion of the FINRA Form 211 process and advances American Fusion from an unsolicited-only quotation environment to one in which broker-dealers can publish proprietary quotations. The company views OTCQB as an intermediate step toward its longer-term objective of qualifying for a national securities exchange and intends to evaluate the Texas Stock Exchange and Nasdaq Capital Market, among other potential venues. American Fusion is also advancing preliminary discussions regarding potential offtake arrangements and power purchase agreements for future Texatron(TM)-generated electricity while continuing to pursue a secondary quotation or listing in Frankfurt.
