Right now it’s basically beating the grid for cost,” CEO Todd Michaels said during a December Proactive interview ( “In behind that comes things like batteries, where if somebody wants to have resiliency, let’s say the grid goes down in California or Texas or the Northeast, which is very prevalent nowadays, things like storage can help them to have 24/7 uninterrupted operations. … (And) nowadays people are electrifying their vehicles. That’s not just consumers cars, but this is also things like short-haul trucking or retail infrastructure of their buildings. … That’s why our contracts are ever-increasing in size as well.”
